This two-day meeting brings together a global network of university leaders, institutional change agents, and educational experts with a shared mission to improve the recognition and reward of university teaching.
The invite-only meeting runs from 12:00 on Wednesday 1st October to 14:00 on Thursday 2nd October 2025. Registration opens at 11:00 on the Wednesday, and the programme includes a group dinner that evening. To support travel to and from Denmark, the schedule allows time on Wednesday morning and Thursday afternoon.
The programme will be designed around the priorities and activities shared by participants in their registration details. You can update your registration using the link provided in the email confirming your place at the meeting (sent from reply@conferencemanager.dk).
There is no charge for attending the meeting or the dinner, but participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation. Two recommended hotels close to the venue are the Scandic Sydhavnen and the Scandic Sluseholmen.
